Saved on this device
We keep this short. Two kinds of thing are stored on your device when you use Padel Genie, and you can switch one of them off here.
We use PostHog, in its EU region, to see which pages and features people use and where things break. It records the pages you view and what you click. It also records sessions, a replay of what a page showed and how you moved around it, with what you type into a form masked and contact details shown in the Deal Book hidden. When you are signed in it is linked to an account identifier only: no email address, no name, no plan. We do not use it for advertising, we do not track you across other websites, and we do not share it with anyone for their own purposes.
Analytics is on.
Switching it off takes effect at once, works across padelgenie.io and the app, is free, and does not reduce your access to anything. Your choice is remembered on this device. Sign in and it follows your account instead.
These cannot be switched off, because the site cannot work without them: the cookie that keeps you signed in and manages your session, the security and bot protection our host sets, and the small cookie that remembers the choice you make on this page. That last one is how a refusal survives you closing the tab, so switching analytics off writes a cookie rather than removing one.
The full detail is in section 17 of our Privacy Policy. To ask us anything about it, email hello@padelgenie.io.
